General Terms<\/h3>\n<p>1.1. These terms apply to all purchases made on the website https:\/\/theredjackets.lv.<\/p>\n<p>1.2. The main product offered is the book &#8220;Treasures of Latvia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>1.3. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Payment Procedure<\/h3>\n<p>2.1. Purchases can be paid for using the Klix payment solution, which provides one or both of the following payment methods:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 bank transfer (banklink);<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 payment by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>2.2. All payments are processed securely in cooperation with Klix.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Product Delivery<\/h3>\n<p>3.1. The product is sent to the address specified by the customer after receipt of payment.<\/p>\n<p>3.2. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days in Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>3.3. If delivery is delayed, the customer is informed about it by e-mail.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Right of withdrawal and return of the product<\/h3>\n<p>4.1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 &#8220;Regulations on distance contracts&#8221;, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the product, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n<p>4.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notification to the e-mail liva@theredjackets.lv, indicating the order number and the desire to return the product.<\/p>\n<p>4.3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.<\/p>\n<p>4.4. The return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where a damaged or incorrect product has been delivered.<\/p>\n<p>4.5. The money is returned within 14 days from the moment of returning the product.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Data protection<\/h3>\n<p>5.1. Customer data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>5.2. Information about payments is provided and processed only through Klix in a secure manner.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Other provisions<\/h3>\n<p>6.1. The content of the website (including images, texts, design) is the property of the Latvian Exporters Association \u201cThe Red Jackets\u201d, and their use without permission is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>6.2. In the event of a dispute, the party shall try to reach an agreement.
